Outside a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside a dog, it's too dark to read!

I'll wish you all a 'Merry Christmas' now, for tomorrow I will be knee-deep in Brussel sprouts and dead fowl. (Oh God, what a horrible thought Ugh! ) Have fun! ;D xx

Hope everyone has a fantastic crimbo and a very merry (distinctly alcoholic!) new year!
...even if they do spend tomorrow wrestling with vegetables and the like!

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and is looking forward to the New Year celebrations ! ;D Now all the visiting and present swapping is done I'm enjoying digging down-time relaxing at home doing pretty much nothing - other than eating and drinking and watching old films and sitcoms on satellite telly ! Any extra calories consumed now will soon be burnt off when I'm back in the trenches next week! (that's my excuse anyway!! ) Just about the right time now for a bacon butty and possibly another mince pie ! Enjoy the rest of the festive season ! Pam

I'm enjoying digging down-time relaxing at home doing pretty much nothing - other than eating and drinking and watching old films and sitcoms on satellite telly ! It's alright for some! I've got exams when I get back!!! EXAMS!!! Bedroom floor currently buried under piles of revision, but hopefully should resurface by the beginning of feb... if I'm lucky... I'm terrified that if I have that "distinctly alcoholic" new year I'll just forget the revision I've already done! Oh well! Can't be helped, I suppose! You've got to be willing to take some risks in life... ;D
