We now have provisional dates for Archaeology Live! 2008
30th June to September 19th 2008. Accommodation at the Uni is expected to be available 6th July to 7th September.
We still have a few details to iron out but should have everything sorted to officially open up bookings by mid-January.
In the meantime if you want to make a provisional booking now please let us know at the usual email address

We will have a look at the different accommodation links for 2008.
The uni will be a little more expensive / Backpackers is closed for renovations until June / Youth Hotel website is no longer up etc.
Again we can start a new thread with other accommodation options.

Booking for Archaeology Live! 2008 is now OPEN.
The updated 2008 training dig web pages will be hopefully be online at dighungate.com within the next couple weeks. If you would like to know more about the courses we offer check out the 2007 pages which are still available to view.
See below for details of changes. Unfortunately we have had to make small increases for both the course fees and the accommodation this year.
Archaeology Live! 2008 runs from 30th June to September 19th.
Taster courses will run Tuesday to Saturday. Full week courses run Monday to Friday.
Taster courses - £50 for 1 one day course (£40 for FoYAT/Returnees), £40 for each extra day (maximum 3 days).
One week course - £185 (£160 FoYAT / Returnee)
Two week course - £320 (£270 FoYAT / Returnee)
For longer courses please ask for a quotation.
Accommodation - £85 per week in addition to course fees. Please note accommodation will only be available from the 2nd week (From Sunday 6th July).

Please note, if you have previously viewed the 2007 pages you may need to 'refresh' your browser page to see the updated 2008 pages.
