Adding a big thank you to Toby, Ian and Elena for a great 4 weeks in York. Thanks also to Ness, Ric, Fee, Ant and Jen for placement support and friendship. And thank you to everyone who was there in the last for weeks for making it fun and worth doing.

I concur (sorry, is it motion seventhed or something by now?) bandwagons are lovely things to jump on. I was probly a bit lazy in my motion thirded, but I would like to say a special thanks to everybody for not putting me in a small enclosure, pointing and laughing, and charging admission to come and throw cabbages at me (don't go getting ideas). Esp Ali for frolicking down the street with; Rick for explaining where banjos is (repeatedly); Ian for explaining about limestone (again, repeatedly) and interesting discussions about sock apartheid; Ness for general Nessness, Ant for lectures on cricket, and Fee for not stabbing me (yet again repeatedly) in the back with a trowel for polluting her beautiful trench with inane questions. Yay for Toby and Elena too, of course. I believe on this occasion there are no "No-yays".

I'll add my thanks to everyone, obviously to Toby, Ian and Elena, but particularly to the trainees in Trench 5 who put up with me! Thanks for asking intelligent questions because having to explain things really helped me to understand things better - I only hope it made sense to you! Great digging and good cobble planning all round.
I am in a programme of intensive cobble aversion therapy and am not yet ready to be exposed to 'road make up' or left unsupervised with a sieve. I hope the bobbly bits aren't still haunting you Matt...!
For the record, I do NOT have a creepy obsession with skeletons (Toby, if YAT runs out of room to store those skulls I have a lovely space on my book shelves where they would be quite happy...)

Thanks Em, Matt is seeing a therapist twice a week at the moment. She thinks his bobbleaphobia will pass in the next year or so.

What more can I say, its all been said! Another triumph for YAT and Toby, Ian and Elena, and the placements, and La La Ness (hope you have your new books backed ready for your first day Ness ) Thanks a million. Not sure about the reunion as it clashes with my works Christmas do, but bring on the Vikings in Feb. Now back to my scissor sisters new CD. Mel xx
