There have been indications from some quarters that the spring reunion will ideally be held during the Viking festival in York which runs from 16th to the 26th of feb.If anyone wants to go please contact this forum(no other) so we can all meet up again and plan the summer campaign.Ged

Oh Ged, you sure know how to get my attention! I find the last weekend the best of all (Friday 24th - Sunday 26th February). For the 2006 Festival, a re-enactment of a Royal Viking wedding is taking place in the Minster(Sunday 26th). Anyway, more info on www.jorvik-viking-centre.co.uk/getinvolved/festival.htm. Need to book your accommodation soon! Also try accommodation at the University (01904 - 432165). A very *Happy New Year* to you all and looking forward to meeting up again. Regards Vanessa

I hope everybody is well and had a good break over the holiday season.
As you all know any time is easy with me. I will also try to make sure that we get Kurt out if he is not too busy.
If people just decide on a specific weekend and then just spread the word.
We also need to make sure that everybody eats food before they go out on Friday/Saturday night....... not just drink a million pints and then get intimate with a pizza!

As at least two people I know of have already booked rooms for the last weekend it seems sensible now to confirm the date of the spring reunion as Friday 24th -Sunday 26th of FEB.(Phill, you seemed to have thought we were going to meet up in March).Hope this clears things up and that as many people as possible can make the second weekend. My weekend outfit will both astound and amaze I think-Neal why did you have to spoil my litle surprise when you were the chap who introduced me to the very liberating wekend tranny scene. Now tell them your weekend girlie name-or shall I !!!Ged

I will be out as and when people are around. If you need to contact me just use the site mobile / personal mobile / e-mail etc.... If you have none of those ask me here and I will forward details. There could be progress worth looking at on the St Mary's write up, so I will update you there..... I may even be able to give news about the dig for 2006.

Howdy folks,
I don't know whether I'll make it to York for the February reunion - I'm hoping to go away at the very end of term before starting hardcore exam revision so it'll depend on my money situation.
I hope everyone's well and that you all had fab Christmases and Hogmanays.
Take care, feex
