Here is a pic of our Amy (complete with pink wellies) digging near Harrogate for Time Team. Also pictured is Sanne, who works for YAT on and off. Expect to see a few more YAT faces when the programme goes to air in the new year, including yours truly ! Today I had the star find of the dig so far (well, that makes a change!! ), a nice lead object, possibly either a clasp or something to do with leaded window glazing.

Pam will also probably appear (subject to editing) on another TV programme, Timewatch, in the New Year. She kindly helped out at a little Roman cemetery dig around the same time as the St Mary's dig. Thanks again Pam!

Kurt - You are very welcome ! Thanks for the opportunity to learn something new and add to my CV.
To further update on"Life after St Leonard's" I just finished a 5 week dig in Castleford near Leeds, working for MAP Archaeological Consultancy who are based in Malton. All my St L's training was put to good use, in particular Toby's stratigraphic matrix coaching! I was supposed to be working on a project in York next but that has been postponed. Will find out tomorrow where I will be working instead but the rumour is somewhere on the wind-swept East Coast. If so I am assuming that buckets and spades will be provided, although I doubt sunhats and shorts will be required !! ;D
