8th May is not too good for me either as I will be away camping near Robin Hood's Bay that weekend.
How is everyone fixed for Sat 15th May ?

I can do any time as I have no life.......
If people are worried about getting dates sorted they could have a couple of evenings? Just a suggestion.
But I am personally not going to suggest a place or time because we know what happened last time. As long as there is booze and music, though I am not looking forward to Matt touchingggggg meeeeee!

Dont lie Toby you cant wait for a bit of Darknessy shenanigans!!
My band is on tour around mid april til first week of May which is why i suggested then, later is ok though.
At the moment we're playin:
April 9th Green Room, Chesterfield April 17th Leopard, Doncaster (supporting 3 stages of pain) April 20th Baileys, Doncaster May 2nd Fez Club, Sheffield (supporting Johnny Truant) May 3rd Bar 101, Sheffield
Booking more dates after the 3rd so who knows when im free. If a date gets sorted and i can make it i'll be there, if not i may see you at St Leonards. Have fun, Matt.

Apologies for my absence from the forum; I've been digging at Whitby, and everything else has been on hold.
Nisha, I fear it's too late to organise anything for April. I'm going to suggest 15th May as some interested parties said they couldn't make the 8th. How about meeting outside the library at 7.30? Everyone knows where that is, and it gives people a chance to eat first (it doesn't stop people arranging to meet up beforehand).

I would love to go on the spring meet . As some of you may know I have had a lot of bad stuff happen recently,so I have been 'out of the loop' a litle bit.But I hope to join the team for the glorious 15th. I was in York a few days back and couldn't believe how strange the site looks ,although there are some parch marks where some of the trenches were.I am in nostalgia mode already and its only a year ago- how odd. See you all at the library -just like old times .New e-mail adress gedcal2112@yahoo.co.uk.Thankyou please

Hi everyone, i'm really sorry I'll miss the 'spring meet' - hope you all have a great time. I'm going to be in Italy for all of May on a language course! Apparently I'll be given an e-mail address while I'm there so I will try to keep in touch with everyone. So if you get an e-mail from a strange address ending 'dot it' or something like that it'll probably be from me! See you all in the summer. Nisha x

Hi all, I am looking forward to the Spring Meet and catching up with what everyone has been doing. Now I just gotta do a lot of sweet talking to the other half to get him to provide a taxi service or join us for the evening. I don't know whether Juliette is "in the loop" as her internet access is through her work's firewall which doesn't allow forum access, but I will let her know by email now the date is set for the meet. Sorry you won't be with us Nisha but have a great time in Italia! See you all soon, Pam
