I hope that everybody is well and enjoying the run up to the festivities? Somehow I managed to get all my shopping done before the 24th? ? That is a first. I just need to get some present for myself. There are a few of us still in the office, working on bits and bobs that need to be sorted out asap. If people are about in York over the holiday period just give a shout. If I am not sat on my arse watching TV I will be in the pub, and the former can be easily converted into the latter. As soon as I hear of anything regarding possible training excavations for next year I will let people know. Have good one/s Toby

Hey Noel,
Good to hear from you! I hope that life is treating you well... I guess that work is pretty hectic for you at this time of year?
Keep polishing your trowel, the genie may be able to answer your wishes

Sorry I missed you over Christmas, Nisha. I gather you managed to fit some finds work in at Galmanhoe during your vacation. Also spotted there putting some extra work in was Jodie Dodgson, one of our St Leonards finds placements.
I very much hope to have the final week(s) of the web diary up soon; the results tied up a lot of loose ends. The delay has been due to a bust hard drive in our Computing Dept. I'll notify the chat group when it appears!
