Seriously though.... the Dig Hungate web pages look great - lots of info about what's happening on site, loads of stuff to see all year round and plenty of opportunities for people to 'get involved' in more stuff ! PS. The clay pipe currently featured in "Recent Finds" was found by me.

looks good at brief 1st glance (it's late I've got other things I should be doing). one typo I've spotted on archaeology live training dig 2007 page; 6 paragraphs down 'laern' rather than learn. not really important but I'm slightly pedantic.

Just noticed that the Dig Hungate pages are not accessible at the moment via the Dig Hungate Home page. The rest of the pages, including Training stuff, are still there and can be accessed via the main YAT website - got to www.yorkarchaeology.co.uk then click on Get Involved, then click on Training - this takes you to the training pages on the Dig Hungate website, via the individual page URLs (which you may find useful to bookmark...). You can then click on the links to read the other DH pages should you wish to.
