Things are going to be pretty similar to last year (St Saviour's 2006) but I will go through them again just so everybody knows.
1. Enquire if there is a space when you would like to attend, ideally via e-mail as it is easier to check.
2. We will confirm if there is a place available and make a provisional booking that you must confirm via e-mail or letter.
3. If you confirm this space will then be held for a period of 4 weeks (1 week if within 8 weeks of the start date of when you would attend) for you to pay in full.
There are some exceptions to this who will be notified when they enquire.
(If you have not paid when that period of time has elapsed we will send one reminder via e-mail/telephone and then open your booking up to other trainees)
4. When you have paid in full you will be sent full details about your course, joining the project, accommodation, and a receipt of payment.
5. Then just keep an eye on progress via the website and make sure you get on the start date.

The booking form will be slightly different this year as we are going to get the information onto a single sheet of paper (you will see the layout when one is sent to you or you download it).
It will be possible to get a .doc version and a .pdf version. The .doc version is a form with spaces that can be filled in.
The most important thing is that it you need to put your name on the top right hand side and your name and address in the address box as a signed and dated copy will be sent back as you receipt.
