First things first. I'm a poor poor student who needs to book any train tickets she needs well in advance in order to save her pennies.
Any suggestions for dates?? Last year I think it was the last weekend in November, just to give people some idea of when we're aiming for... This year that would translate as Friday 28th-Sunday 30th November.

Thx Emily! Im way in with the poor student thing.
Tht weekend and the one before would be fine for me, and the earlier we get organised the cheaper itll be to get to.

even though not a poor student i will need to book a train early as well, that weekend sounds good to me. if we can get enough peopple form glasgow/edinburgh goin it might be cheaper for me to drive down. that would be 3/4 more people. Any takers?

I have changed the title of the thread accordingly... It looks like we will be doing the St. Nicholas Fayre weekend again. www.yorkfestivals.com/metadot/index.pl?iid=2415&isa=CategoryThe yuletideyork.com site seems to have been axed, but there is plenty on anyway. The site team will be doing the normal thing on Friday (3.30 finish and then dash to the Black Swan). If people want to have a wander round and see what we have been finding that can be arranged - but I need to know who and when etc.. If/when you know you are coming please post to say so. Make sure that you exchange mobile numbers etc by e-mail.
